1. Our Product is Digital
At ZingoWriters, we provide digital services and software access. There is no physical product to ship. Therefore, this policy outlines the delivery of service access, digital goods, and project deliverables.
2. Instant Access: AI Platform & Tools
Upon successful completion of your order and payment confirmation, you will receive instant, automated access to your account and our AI copywriting tools.
- How to Access: You will be able to log in to your account dashboard immediately. You will also receive a welcome email with login instructions and a link to access the platform.
- Delivery Time: Access is granted within minutes of purchase. In rare cases of system delays, access will be granted within a maximum of 2 hours.
- If You Don't Receive Access: If you haven't received your login information within 2 hours, please first check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, please contact our support team.
